01 Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "the learner," or "the client") and Zyncord LLC ("Zyncord," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with an operations office in Kirindiwela, Sri Lanka. By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
02 Description of services
Zyncord provides online computer training and digital skills education on a service basis. This includes guided virtual sessions, screen-sharing demonstrations, digital learning materials, and practical exercises across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
All training is delivered online. Zyncord does not sell physical products. The specific content, duration, and structure of each course may be updated or improved over time.
03 Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are able to form a legally binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your use of the services and for any applicable fees.
04 Enrollment & scheduling
Enrollment is confirmed once you have submitted the required details and, where applicable, completed payment. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement based on availability. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a session.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.
- Missed sessions without notice may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
05 Fees & payments
Fees for courses and sessions are communicated to you before enrollment. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and currency will be specified at the time of enrollment.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are due in advance before a course or session begins.
- Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes or transaction charges.
- Zyncord reserves the right to change its pricing for future enrollments at any time.
06 Cancellations & refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your training. Our cancellation and refund approach is as follows:
- A full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session.
- Once training has begun, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for any sessions that have been paid for but not yet delivered.
- Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice are treated as delivered and are not refundable.
- Refund requests should be sent to info@zyncord.com with your enrollment details.
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
07 Acceptable use & conduct
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- Record, copy, or redistribute live sessions or materials without our written permission;
- Share your access to a session or course with people who are not enrolled;
- Behave abusively or disruptively toward instructors or other learners;
- Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or end services for conduct that breaches these Terms.
08 Intellectual property
All content provided by Zyncord — including course structure, written materials, slides, exercises, branding, logos, and the contents of this website — is the property of Zyncord LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials provided to you solely for your own learning. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit our materials.
09 Course materials
Digital learning materials may be shared with you for personal study during and after your training. These materials are provided "as is" for educational purposes and may reference third-party tools or software that are subject to their own terms.
10 Disclaimers
Zyncord provides education and training. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, qualification, certification, job, income, or business result from completing our courses. Your progress depends on your own effort, practice, and circumstances.
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim for reliable, high-quality delivery, we do not warrant that sessions will always be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly where issues arise from third-party platforms or your own internet connection or device.
11 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyncord LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zyncord for the service giving rise to the claim.
12 Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13 Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information. By using our services, you consent to that handling.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Zyncord LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law that applies to you provides otherwise. Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including Sri Lanka.
15 Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
